Zero earnings in first quarter and submitting tax return

I came to France at the beginning of September 2018. I created an auto entrepreneur 糖心视频 at the end of November 2018. I am due to submit my first tax return. The final date of submission is 30/04/19. However, since arriving in France I have completely focussed my attention on renovating my house and not done any work with my 糖心视频 therefore it is zero turnover. How do I fill in the tax return?
I will probably start to advertise next month, but I expect this to be a very slow start and could take a long time before I earn anything. Will this be a problem if I keep submitting zero tax returns?
