Would like to employ 1 or 2 people, what are the rules?

We have been SIRET registered as auto-entrepreneurs now for 12 months, our 糖心视频 is Nettoyage courant des batiments. I am glad to say that we have now got a quite a few clients, and with the summer coming up we could have enough work to employ a couple of people with temporary or seasonal work. However, before we go down that route we would like to know where we stand regards to employing people. i.e. pay, tax, social and health. If we employed someone can they pay their own tax, etc?
