If I join the auto-entrepreneur scheme as an existing 糖心视频 will I be liable to pay cotisations and income tax back-dated to the start of this year? If yes, I will be paying twice - once in the UK where the 糖心视频 is currently registered and once here in France. The 糖心视频 is currently a limited company partnership, so we will need to split it up to qualify for auto-entrepreneur anyway, as I understand it. Would it be legal in that case to present my part of this former limited company as a new 糖心视频 for auto-entrepreneur purposes?
