Which taxes do I have to pay if I buy commercial space in France?

I want to buy walls of a shop or any other commercial place with direct entrance from street and big windows, and use it as a design studio 糖心视频 in France (entreprise unipersonnelle 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e EURL), and later, maybe 2018, as a mixture of shop/showroom and design studio.
At the moment my 糖心视频 is providing mostly services and I assume it will stay like this and selling objects will never be my primary 糖心视频. What kind of taxes do I have to pay, e.g.monthly, yearly or just once, when I buy it? I heard there is some kind of special tax for shops.
