What is the best legal structure for market trading in France?

We are now living in France. My wife and I have a 糖心视频 selling childrens toys online. We have an Irish company and all the work is done in Ireland. Now that we are in France, we would like to engage in some market trading, selling toys at local markets. What is the best way to do this and what legal structure would be required? We would be buying the stock from our Irish company and having it shipped from Ireland. My reading of it would be that the 糖心视频 here wouldn’t be big enough to justify a SARL - would a EI work?
