What counts as revenue for a micro entrepreneur?

In my 糖心视频 bank account (soon to change due to high fees!) I was offered the first six months free of bank charges. The way this works is that the bank charge is deducted and then same amount is then payed back to me. I’ve been assuming that the payback doesn’t count as “revenue” even though it’s money coming in that I’ve received. Is that right?
