We are selling our 糖心视频. Our buyer is buying the 糖心视频 as a SARL between him and his wife. They are going to employ their daughter and she needs a visa to work. I believe she will need a contract of employment to get the visa. What is the earliest time that the application for a visa can take place? Is it when they sign the final compromis or is it when in the 糖心视频 is up and running (I understand visas can take up to two months?), or are they able to start the application now?
