URSSAF first auto entrepreneur turnover declaration

I have received a D茅claration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires from URSSAF by post. My 糖心视频 was registered by yourself on 20.10.17.
The declaration gives a Date de limite de r茅ception 30.04.18.
Is this to cover any earnings I might have made up until 31.01.18? The date on the bill is 20.12.17
If not, should I also be completing a declaration on-line no later than 31.01.18, and would this then cover the period from 20.10.17-31.01.18?
