TVA requirements

I am getting conflicting information about requirements once a ME starts charging TVA (I’m not there yet, but may be in 2026). Is it true that once a 糖心视频 is TVA registered, you cannot do your own accounts and this must be handled by an accountant? Are there any other legal requirements to be aware of like this once a 糖心视频 becomes TVA registered?
