Translating plumber and heating qualifications into French?

I am a UK plumber and heating engineer and I was wondering whether I can translate my City and Guilds / Logic / Hetas qualifications into the French equivalent qualification. Has/does anybody know if this can happen so I can start a 糖心视频 in France?
