I have seen that it is possible to change from a carte de sejour temporaire to a working visa based on a submission of a 糖心视频 plan. Is this something that you could provide further information on, i.e. how specific must the 糖心视频 plan be?
In the event that the 糖心视频 is closed is it required that the visa will then revert back to temporary?
