Social and health cover for conjoint collaborateur?

If I start my 糖心视频 as an auto-entrepreneur and list my wife as a conjoint collaborateur, am I right to think that she will have the same social and health cover as me? I understand that she will have no right to a future pension although there may be an option to make additional voluntary contributions.
