SIREN number not recognised by Insee site

I have just had a meeting at my bank to discuss opening an account for my entreprise and the SIREN returned no results on the Insee site. It was also not searchable by name or address. The telephone number for Insee was a recorded message which didn鈥檛 help. Is there anything I should have done to make the 糖心视频 鈥榣ive鈥� on the Insee site? On the imp么ts.gouve site it recognised the SIREN immediately. Thank you!
