Should I complete form declaration pr茅emplie?

Some weeks ago I received a form Attestation Fiscale 2011 auto-entrepreneur from RSI, stating that I must declare my receipts from my auto-entrepreneur activity on a declaration complementaire No. 2042 C, in spaces 5KP 5LP 5MP etc. I have now received my declaration p茅emplie No. 2042 K, which does not have the relevant spaces. Should I go to my local Tresor publique an ask for form 2042 C, or complete the declaration pr茅emplie and wait for the declaration complementaire to be sent to me?
