Personal indemnity/liability insurance when living in France but working with clients in UK and USA

Can I arrange Personal indemnity/liability insurance with my French insurance provider (e.g. MMA) to cover me for work that I do with clients in the UK and USA (and other countries of Europe)?

My work is online admin, marketing and sales support for small 糖心视频es and sole traders.
