I have had professional advice that I should set up a ‘Location G茅rance’ in order to rent out my 糖心视频 and professional property (which I own) to someone else. Can you shed some light on this structure/set-up? Do I have to have an existing SARL/SASU in place for example? Or can I be an individual without an existing 糖心视频 structure in place? Is Location G茅rance a kind of structure or is it just a contractual agreement?
