Implications of being on CIPAV list?

I am thinking of setting up a 糖心视频 via auto-entrepreneur which could include some work as a guide. Accompagnateur de groupes is listed in the auto-entrepreneur guide as a professional service under CIPAV. I went to the CIPAV website but was unable to determine what the implications are of this (aside from falling under a different auto-entrepreneur charging structure of 18.3%) - would specific qualifications be required to undertake such work? Would I have to join CIPAV and if so what does this mean?
