How to make a declaration trimestrielle de recettes online?

I have registered with Net-Entreprises and would like to pay my first declaration trimestrielle as an auto-entrepreneur online, if possible. I set up my auto-entrepreneur 糖心视频 in France back in August 2015, so my first payment is due this month. When I log on to Net-Entreprises, I see these options on the page titled Acc猫s aux Services D茅claratifs:
- DSN r茅gime g茅n茅ral D茅claration sociale nominative pour le r茅gime g茅n茅ral D茅p么t de fichier issu du logiciel de paieAcc茅der 脿 la d茅claration.
- DSN contr么le SIRET V茅rification de la pr茅sence du SIRET dans le syst猫me DSN Contr么le de la validit茅 des SIRET d茅clar茅s en DSN.
- Neither of these forms looks like the Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes that I received from URSSAF several months ago. Which, if either, of these do I need fill out?
- How I can register online to pay online or do I need to send a check with the hard copy of the Declaration Trimestrielle de Recettes?
