How is the Auto-entrepreneur turnover counted

I started my auto-entrepreneur 糖心视频 ( VTC) in October 2018. Turnover limit for not paying TVA is 32,900 euros.
How I should count it? From the moment when I started a 糖心视频 in October 2018 till October 2019 or separately for 4 months in 2018 ( October till December ) and then new limit for 2019?
