How do I declare turnover earned in UK and France?

I am already on the auto-entrepreneur 糖心视频 in France and have been operational since 2015.
- If I wanted to also earn some money in the UK and put it through the UK tax system as well as what I already declare in France - is this possible?
- Would I also need to declare the 糖心视频 turnover it in France also?
- I assume the turnover would not be liable for taxing in both countries?
I spend some time in the UK each year and plan (maybe) to add a few England based clients.
