First declaration dates for trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires?

After registering a 糖心视频 in France in January I have now received First declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires saying payment is due on 31 July. I am assuming that I pay 2 quarters together January to March and April to June before the deadline of the 31 July, is this correct?
