Hi there I have recently started a 糖心视频 with a French friend, a micro brewery. Apart from the uphill struggle to register a 糖心视频, we have had massive problems getting electricity upgraded on the site. In the UK i would have got on the telephone and used that and social media to shame them into action, but it doesnt seem to be the case here. Does anyone have any advice on how after waiting 3 months and 2 missed appointments, I can speed things up.
