Do I need to set up another Microentreprise?

I have two companies already. I also want to set up as a self employed immobilier. (via a well known French company)
My 1st 糖心视频 is a SARL (2017) a Professional Liberal origanisation, offering on line consultancy services
My 2nd 糖心视频 is a Micro enterprise (2020), an artizan shop selling sports equipment and services
Will I need to set up another micro enterprise for the immobilier or can I run this through one of my other companies? I will have the professional card for the immobilier issued by the chamber of commerce.
