Conjoint - can they become the chef?

When we registered our 糖心视频 in 2013, I was the chef d’enterprise and my husband was my conjoint. We now want my husband to become the chef and me to stop being involved in the 糖心视频. Is this possible? Will I still be covered with health care though?
