I’m a micro-entrepreneur teaching English at my own house and at clients in France. I setup the 糖心视频 in 2016. I have received a form to complete for cotisation fonci猫re des entreprises (CFE) 2017. It covers four pages with a lot of questions. Can you give some advice or guidance on how to complete it for someone in my situation who does not have separate 糖心视频 premises and works from home and visits clients.
