Can my wife get a social security number as a salari茅e?

I have a 糖心视频 registered in France as a BNC Profession Lib茅rale. I have british citizenship and am preparing my first year’s taxes with my Expert Comptable. Currently, my wife (a Canadian) is an ayant-droit with the RSI/RAM, however she is being asked for more paperwork (which we’ve re-sent twice now) before she can be issued a carte vitale.

I have a carte vitale and have been going back and forth with the RSI to try and get her a carte vitale as well (even though she appears on my own carte vitale when going to a pharmacy etc.) She has received a carte de s茅jour and we’ve decided to start working together on my 糖心视频. The structure that would provide her the best coverage would be that she is salari茅e. We recently discovered that even though she has a carte de s茅jour (received as my wife, living with a British national in France), she doesn’t have a social security number.

  1. Can she get a social security number once she’s presented a work contract from my 糖心视频?
  2. Does she need to get one from the RSI or RAM beforehand?
  3. Should she register with CPAM directly?
