Can I operate a subsidiary with a different name under the same main registration?

I am a U.S. citizen and I just received my French visa approval on Monday. I plan on starting a music artist management and public relations company. The legal structure I have chosen for my 糖心视频 is enterprise individuelle (EI). Now for my questions:

Ideally, I would like to form the artist management 糖心视频 under the name CEA, with the public relations company being a subsidiary of CEA but under a different name, FC Metal PR. Is this possible? Or do I need to formally create/register two separate 糖心视频es?
Do I register the 糖心视频 with the Centre de Formalit茅s des Entreprises? Will they be issuing me a tax ID number (num茅ro d’identification fiscal), or do I need to obtain that from my local public finance center?
