Auto-entrepreneur using TESE to employ someone in France?

I am an auto-entrepreneur 糖心视频 in France and need to employ someone for three hours per day for about four months to help me with my work. I had seen on other posts here that i could use titre emploi service entreprise (TESE )to do this. I’ve been onto their website and it all sounds good but to sign up I need to give them the following information:
- votre service de sant茅 au travail
- votre r茅gime de retraite compl茅mentaire Arrco - Agirc et les taux applicables 脿 votre activit茅
- votre compl茅mentaire sant茅 et les taux ou forfaits applicables
- votre r茅gime de pr茅voyance et retraite suppl茅mentaire en fonction de votre convention collective nationale
- votre caisse de cong茅s pay茅s (pour le secteur du B芒timent et des travaux publics (BTP) et le secteur du transport, du nettoyage et de la manutention) et les taux applicables 脿 votre activit茅
As an auto-entrepreneur do I have all/any of this? I thought you set up with them and they calculate everything and it’s super easy. But in fact, it’s looking complicated.
- Do you think this is something I can do?
- If not, is there any other way I can employ someone easily?
