Auto-entrepreneur and expenses in France - confused?

I have been reading many of the posts here and am still confused about expenses, some say you can’t claim for any expenses and other posts mention high expenses. In the past I have sold on the internet in the UK and want to start a 糖心视频 here in France now. I make dresses and sell them on the internet. I buy in fabrics and notions then the customer pays for the dress and postage costs.
- Can you not claim for any expenses on the auto-entrepreneur scheme in France?
- How does this work as I would have thought that every type of 糖心视频 would have some expenses. It is mentioned in some posts about high expenses, what percentage would be classed as high expenses?
