Auto-entrepreneur and CMU health cover?

We are at present on CMU de Base, we would like to register a 糖心视频 as auto-entrepreneur in France. We assume that the couverture maladie universelle (CMU) cover will cease as soon as we set up a 糖心视频 in France. Is there a minimum level of cotisations that need to be paid to get health cover?
We are both under retirement age, I have the social security number and my partner is down as my dependant, I presume this is still possible under the auto-entrepreneur scheme? Should the 糖心视频 fail could we go back to the CMU de Base cover for our health care?
