Form 2042 K asks for details of overseas bank accounts. I use my PayPal account for some 糖心视频 transactions and assume this account should be declared. Has anyone filled in form 3916 for a PayPal account or sent an attached sheet with details? What information did you provide, as I can not find any of the traditional BIC / IBAN and account numbers?
